To All Patients
The Lichfield Grove Patients Group (L.G.P.G) although formed in 2004, is officially affiliated to National Association for Patient Participation ( NAPP) since November 2009.
Our aim is to help the Practice’s continued improvement of its services by acting as a channel for the exchange of views and suggestions between Patients and the Doctors and Staff at Lichfield Grove.
Membership of the Group is open to all patients of this Practice and we would very much like to hear your ideas and suggestions to help these objectives and for future projects.
To do this, a member of the Committee will be present from time to time at certain surgeries to meet you, if you wish, and to talk to you in private and in confidence. We would stress that this is intended to be a positive process and the LGPG is not a channel for complaints.
How to Join Us
We would really like to hear from people from all age groups and all ethnicities. We meet twice year and communicate by email.
